How can I send you my artwork?
Please e-mail all files to theprinter@pocgem.com. We work on PC's, but can accept Mac files as well. Please consult the list below for additional instructions:
- Adobe Illustrator: CS2 and all earlier formats (CS1, version 10, and earlier) are acceptable. Embed all fonts by converting them to outlines.
- Corel: Please save your file in version X3 or earlier. Embed all fonts by converting them to curves.
- JPEG and other image files: please ensure your image is of 600dpi or greater resolution at the size it will be printed.
- We also accept PDF files

Can you ship the final product to my location?
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Please contact us to arrange shipping for your order.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Here are some typical turnaround times:
- Business Cards: 2-3 days
- Flyers: 5 days
